• Focus on Water Confidence: The first step is feeling comfortable in the water. Our instructors will help you overcome any anxieties and build your confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

• Learn the Fundamentals: You'll learn essential water skills like floating, basic breathing techniques, and safe body positioning.

• Progression at Your Pace: We understand everyone learns differently. Our instructors will tailor the lessons to your progress, ensuring you master each step before moving on.

• Fun and Encouragement: Learning to swim should be enjoyable! We create a fun and positive atmosphere where you can celebrate your achievements and feel motivated to keep going.

• Small Class Sizes: We keep our classes small (Max 4 people) to ensure the quality is not diluted.

• Women only classes: We can arrange for designated times/days for women only. If you are the type that feels self-conscious in public spaces or have religious reasons why you can't usually go swimming this is for you! Female instructors with no male presence.
