Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any lessons with NTL Swim. By booking lessons, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Our instructors are responsible for swimmers only during their scheduled lesson times. A lesson begins when the instructor takes charge of the swimmer from you. You are responsible for providing current health and relevant information about the swimmer when completing the registration form to book lessons. You must also notify us of any changes in health, signs of illness, injuries, or any medication taken within 24 hours prior to a lesson. You must follow all health and safety rules set by NTL Swim and ensure that anyone accompanying you also adheres to these rules.
Bookings & Payment
All swimmers must be registered through the booking form. Lessons must be booked in advance for the entire term, with a set day and time. If booking after the term has started, fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Payments must be completed before the term starts or before attending the first lesson. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive both the payment and the completed booking form. You will receive email confirmation once your booking is processed. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
Non-attendance
No refunds are provided for missed lessons (including those missed due to illness, holidays, or other reasons). NTL Swim reserves the right to retain payment for lessons that have been booked, regardless of attendance.
Cancellations
To cancel, you must email us at ntlswim@gmail.com at least one week before the term begins. Failure to do so will result in full charges for the first two lessons. If you cancel in writing after the first lesson but before the sixth, you will receive a refund for the remaining lessons in the term. Cancellations after the sixth lesson of the term will result in being charged for the full term (typically 11-13 lessons per term). We may need to cancel lessons at short notice due to emergencies, pool closures, or instructor illness. In such cases, a credit or refund will be issued for the affected lesson.
Your Data
Your personal information is used solely for communication purposes and will not be shared externally.
Etiquette/Hygiene & Safeguarding
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited. No outdoor footwear is allowed near the viewing area. Please wear shoe covers, clean flip-flops, or go barefoot. Ensure swimmers have not eaten for at least one hour prior to their lesson. Parents must not interact with or distract teachers or swimmers during lessons. Parents may approach the poolside only in health and safety situations.
